Tada! Finally finished, here is the celtic star I first drew well before Christmas. Drawn and inked by hand, colored in Painter, then textured in Photoshop. Definitely inspired by the movie "The Secret of Kells." : )

Glory in the Highest

Oh so busy this time of year! Sorry for the long time without a post, but here I am. My latest endeavor has been to create backgrounds for the media presentation portion of my church's Christmas cantata. It's called "Glory in the Highest: A New Hallelujah," and it combines the Christmas story and worship music. Here are the backgrounds I made for the songs where the congregation sings along with the choir - they were all done in Painter. (with my trusty pastels of course!) My favorite is the star, which was for "O Holy Night."
